With $125 million in funding from top-tier investors like Accel and Insight Partners, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a creative, data-driven Demand Generation Manager to help us reach the millions of commercial vehicles across the country.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position based on-site in the United States. As our first dedicated hire in this function, you will play a pivotal role on our lean marketing team, driving growth across both self-service and sales-led channels while building the foundation for our future demand generation efforts.
Your impact
- Take ownership of our demand generation strategy by scaling existing channels and launching new experiments to drive consistent growth.
- Craft compelling campaign messaging, design briefs, and ad copy while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to execute high-impact programs.
- Analyze performance data across the entire funnel to optimize our nurture programs, paid social efforts, and account-based marketing initiatives.
What you'll need
We are looking for a scrappy, motivated professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, VC-backed startup environment. You should have at least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years specifically in B2B marketing. Success in this role requires a blend of creative execution and analytical rigor.
- Proven expertise in media buying, digital channel optimization, and managing complex marketing funnels.
- Technical proficiency with HubSpot for marketing automation and Salesforce for reporting and lead tracking.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently while also sourcing and managing agencies or contractors.
- A deep understanding of how to interpret data to drive actionable changes and improve campaign results.
- Excellent written communication skills and a willingness to get hands-on with design tools like Figma.
