About the Role
We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will lead our efforts to drive interest and adoption across the entire marketing funnel. You will work in close partnership with our product and sales leaders to refine our narrative and execute high-impact campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive revenue and attract ideal customer profiles to our platform.
- Utilize data and analytics to track campaign performance, establish transparent KPIs, and continuously improve our marketing metrics.
- Collaborate across departments to align our messaging and expand our reach through both owned channels and new experimental testing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience leading demand generation initiatives within B2B organizations.
- Deep expertise in managing email marketing, paid channels, and CRM systems.
- A strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data to guide program development and budget management.
- Exceptional program management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across sales, product, and marketing teams.
- A self-motivated approach with the willingness to take ownership of complex projects from start to finish.

This is an on-site position based in Minneapolis, United States.
