We are currently looking for a Demand Generation Lead to join our marketing team in a hybrid capacity within the United States.
Key outcomes
- Own our demand generation strategy by managing inbound efforts and accelerating outbound growth through paid advertising, marketing automation, and experimental offline channels.
- Scale our account based marketing pilot into a targeted engine that effectively converts our ideal customer profile in collaboration with sales and revenue operations.
- Manage and optimize our HubSpot instance while leveraging Salesforce to drive operational efficiency and lead nurturing.
- Direct our paid growth channels by setting strategy, launching campaigns, and mapping activity to the sales funnel to improve cycle efficiency.
- Collaborate with our paid advertising agency and design contractors to execute a systematic testing roadmap.
- Analyze multi-channel performance across SEM, webinars, video, and email to provide actionable insights that maximize company growth.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Search Console to drive conversion rate optimization and SEO success.
- Oversee marketing budgets and forecasts, ensuring all initiatives are optimized for bottom-line impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations.
- A minimum of 2 years managing paid programs, including experience working with design teams and external agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess how paid, owned, and automated channels integrate to drive revenue.
- Proven expertise in marketing automation operations, specifically within HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google marketing tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
This role offers the benefit of a hybrid work environment, requiring two days per week in our San Francisco or New York City offices.
