We are looking for a Demand Generation Lead to join our Growth Marketing team and help us connect consumers with the incredible events hosted on our platform. Last year, our community organized over 4 million events, and we are now focused on scaling our discovery experience to bring more people together through live experiences.
Responsibilities
- Direct our demand generation strategy to drive customer acquisition through high-impact, multi-channel campaigns.
- Design and refine email marketing initiatives to nurture prospects and re-engage our existing customer base.
- Map out and improve the customer lifecycle journey to ensure smooth transitions from prospect to sales conversations.
- Partner closely with our sales organization to maintain alignment on lead quality and volume expectations.
- Leverage data analytics to test, measure, and optimize campaign performance across targeting, messaging, and creative assets.
Must-haves
- At least 7 years of experience in demand generation or inbound marketing, preferably within a B2B or sales-led environment.
- A university degree (BA/BS).
- Expertise in managing email marketing and lifecycle campaigns with a focus on engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated success running multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, organic channels, and partnerships.
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with sales, marketing operations, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency using CRM systems and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot.
- A data-driven mindset with a proven ability to demonstrate ROI through rigorous testing and analytics.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience working within cross-functional growth teams.
- Hands-on technical experience with Salesforce.
