The opportunity
We are seeking a Demand Generation Lead to join our team as an early marketing hire. You will work closely with our Marketing Lead to build a revenue-generating marketing motion from the ground up. Your primary focus will be crafting a comprehensive strategy to drive growth for our full-service fund management products, while also finding creative ways to nurture our existing relationships with emerging managers, established funds, LPs, and founders. This is a unique chance to operate in an environment that values initiative and a growth mindset, helping us define how we reach and support the startup ecosystem.
A day in the life
- Translate business objectives into a cohesive marketing schedule across diverse channels, including paid media, email campaigns, social platforms, and events.
- Collaborate with our Sales team to ensure that marketing efforts effectively convert MQLs into qualified sales leads.
- Conceptualize and execute full-cycle growth marketing campaigns, from initial planning and content creation to post-campaign analysis and optimization.
Who you are
You are a strategic thinker with 3 to 5 years of experience in demand generation or customer marketing. You possess a deep understanding of the sales funnel and are comfortable tracking metrics from initial engagement through to closed business. You have a proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams like product, sales, and design. You are fluent in English and have a collaborative spirit, meaning you are just as comfortable building a referral program or case study as you are brainstorming new growth channels.
