Dovetail is the world’s leading customer insights hub, helping thousands of teams like Spotify, Porsche, and Starbucks build better products by uncovering insights from customer interviews, support tickets, and sales calls. Since our founding in 2017, we have grown to over 100 employees across Sydney and San Francisco, and we are now looking for a Demand Generation Lead to join our team in the United States to help us scale our impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our demand generation strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline through webinars, events, digital campaigns, and outbound efforts.
- Collaborate with Revenue Ops to refine lead management, scoring, and nurturing processes to ensure smooth hand-offs to sales.
- Direct our lifecycle marketing strategies to guide users from self-serve signups through the enterprise journey.
- Manage analytics, lead attribution, and performance reporting to measure success and inform future growth experiments.
- Own and report on key lead volume and marketing-sourced pipeline targets.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing initiatives.
- Strong technical marketing skills, including deep familiarity with attribution models and modern MarTech stacks.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data to solve problems and run effective experiments.
- The ability to drive cross-functional projects and secure buy-in from various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
