Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that is open to candidates anywhere, provided they have full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.

Your impact

Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, focusing on acquiring our ideal customer profile and optimizing the entire marketing and sales funnel.
Manage and direct our paid media agency, setting budgets and targets for key channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads while exploring new acquisition opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure our messaging is aligned and our lead handoff process is seamless.

What you'll need

At least 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS demand generation role, ideally within a product-led growth environment.
Deep expertise in performance marketing channels, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools like GA4, Amplitude, CRM systems, and BI tools.
A strategic mindset that balances high-level planning with hands-on execution.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
Eligibility to work in Spain or the ability to work via a collaboration agreement.
