Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that is open to candidates anywhere, provided they have full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
Your impact
- Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, focusing on acquiring our ideal customer profile and optimizing the entire marketing and sales funnel.
- Manage and direct our paid media agency, setting budgets and targets for key channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads while exploring new acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure our messaging is aligned and our lead handoff process is seamless.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS demand generation role, ideally within a product-led growth environment.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing channels, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools like GA4, Amplitude, CRM systems, and BI tools.
- A strategic mindset that balances high-level planning with hands-on execution.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Eligibility to work in Spain or the ability to work via a collaboration agreement.
