We’re building a connected network that helps organisations defend their supply chains against cyber attacks. Trusted by customers such as ASOS, Snyk, BAE Systems and the NHS, Risk Ledger is now looking for a Demand Generation Lead to own and scale the engine that turns awareness into predictable pipeline across the UKI, Nordics and US markets.
Responsibilities
- Own the full demand-generation strategy and execution for new business and expansion, with direct accountability for pipeline and revenue targets.
- Lead insight-driven ABM campaigns that engage and convert target accounts, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success and the wider Marketing team.
- Drive performance marketing across LinkedIn, Google and Bing, delivering inbound demo requests with strong cost-per-lead and ROI.
- Standardise lead-management processes and optimise the funnel so both Marketing and Sales can scale efficiently.
- Track, analyse and report on every demand-generation touchpoint, turning data into clear recommendations that improve messaging and results.
- Oversee website, landing pages and key review-site presence to ensure they support conversion goals.
- Lead and mentor a small demand-generation team in the UK while advising the Head of Marketing on where to invest for maximum revenue impact.
Must-haves
- Five or more years of B2B SaaS demand-generation experience, ideally in mid-market or enterprise environments covering UKI, Nordics and US markets.
- Proven success delivering pipeline growth and improving conversion at scale.
- Deep knowledge of paid media, SEO, search, paid social, retargeting and direct mail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
- Clear, confident communication across Marketing and the wider go-to-market organisation.
- Commercial mindset and experience working in a startup or scale-up setting.
- Fluency in English.

- Background in the cybersecurity industry.
- Experience working directly with SDR teams.
