About the Role
We are searching for a Demand Generation Director to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and executing our strategic roadmap for demand generation and account-based marketing. You will play a pivotal part in driving customer acquisition, expanding our footprint within existing accounts, and fueling overall revenue growth. This is a hands-on position that requires a unique blend of creative vision and analytical rigor, as you will be expected to both design high-level strategies and dive into the tactical execution and reporting of our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the top-of-funnel marketing metrics to ensure consistent growth in new logo acquisition and expansion within our current customer base.
- Lead our multi-channel demand generation efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and BDR teams to develop personalized account-based marketing strategies that engage key accounts and improve overall conversion rates.
Requirements
- At least 6 to 8 years of professional experience in growth marketing or demand generation with a documented history of driving revenue.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of leadership experience, specifically in managing teams or leading major strategic initiatives.
- Prior experience working with SaaS products, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- A hands-on, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and optimize performance across marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
Location
This position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere, provided you can collaborate effectively with our team during core working hours.
