The role

We are looking for a Demand Generation Content Writer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that offers a hybrid work environment. You will play a vital role in our marketing efforts, working closely with our demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to create content that guides buyers through their journey with elegance and impact. This role is perfect for a creative professional who understands the alchemy of content marketing ROI and wants to help shape the voice of a global leader in customer experience services.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content program and roadmap that effectively captures and converts demand.
• Conduct market research and interviews to produce high-quality, authoritative content ranging from short articles to long-form eBooks.
• Utilize SEO best practices and data-driven insights to optimize content performance, measure ROI, and continuously refine our messaging strategy.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for storytelling. We require the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar marketing role.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing.
• 3-5 years of experience working with eCommerce, web content, and marketing automation tools.
• Demonstrable expertise in online content strategy, including excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• A deep understanding of the digital buyer’s journey and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
