We are looking for a Demand Generation Content Writer to join our team at ModSquad, a company that has been transforming the customer experience industry since 2007. We partner with global brands like Spotify, VSCO, and Vimeo to provide expert support in content moderation, community management, and digital engagement, and we are looking for a storyteller who can turn readers into loyal clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage an inbound content roadmap that aligns with our revenue goals.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar filled with high-impact, revenue-enabling ideas.
- Perform deep market research and conduct interviews to create authoritative, educational copy.
- Produce a wide range of content, including emails and long-form ebooks, while repurposing assets for different channels.
- Apply SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility.
- Track performance metrics using HubSpot, Salesforce, and GA4 to optimize your strategy.
Must-haves
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a demand generation writing role.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of content strategy, digital customer experiences, and the buyer’s journey.
- Exceptional skills in writing, editing, proofreading, and research.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with our industry and related technologies, including AI tools.
- The ability to provide writing samples and a cover letter with your application.
