We are searching for a talented Demand Generation Content Writer to join our team on a full-time basis. At ModSquad, we have been transforming the customer experience industry since 2007 by providing expert support, content moderation, and community management to global brands like Spotify, VSCO, and Vimeo. We are looking for a writer who can build a powerful content engine to turn visitors into loyal clients. You will be responsible for creating clear, conversational, and impactful copy that avoids jargon and focuses on delivering real value to our audience. Because we operate as a global, remote-first organization, this role offers a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage an inbound content roadmap, ensuring a steady stream of revenue-focused ideas in our content calendar.
- Produce a wide range of authoritative materials, including long-form ebooks and targeted emails, while utilizing SEO best practices to boost organic traffic.
- Track and analyze content performance using HubSpot, Salesforce, and GA4 to optimize our strategy and maximize return on investment.
Requirements
- You have 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a content writer focused on demand generation.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent professional experience.
- You demonstrate exceptional skills in writing, editing, and research, with a deep understanding of the digital buyer’s journey.
- You are highly organized, manage your time effectively, and are comfortable working with modern marketing technologies.
