We are looking for a creative professional to join our team and help us build a powerful content engine that turns casual readers into our most enthusiastic clients.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Demand Generation Content Writer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in Jamaica, and we operate under a hybrid work model. You will be instrumental in crafting content that drives traffic and generates leads, working closely with our product marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure our messaging resonates with our audience.
What will you do?
- Develop a comprehensive content roadmap and program designed to capture demand and accelerate revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and interviews to gather unique industry insights that inform your writing and strengthen our authority.
- Produce a wide variety of high-quality content, including articles, eBooks, case studies, and email campaigns, while applying SEO best practices to increase our organic visibility.

You are an expert storyteller who understands how to speak directly to the needs and desires of an audience. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- Three to five years of proven experience in copywriting or a related field.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing.
- Strong knowledge of content strategy, eCommerce, and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and proofreading, with a deep understanding of the digital buyer’s journey.
- The ability to analyze content performance data to iterate and improve your work.
- Fluency in English.
