Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Database Marketing Manager to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a hybrid position based in Australia, where you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing team through data-driven insights and automation strategies.
Your impact
- Extract, validate, and analyze data across multiple touchpoints to optimize our marketing platform performance.
- Create deep-dive reports that provide actionable recommendations to improve our communication effectiveness and overall return on investment.
- Design and deploy custom dashboards to track business benefits and ensure our reporting suites meet evolving organizational needs.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a data-savvy professional who understands how to turn complex information into growth strategies. We are looking for someone with the following background:
- Proven experience using Salesforce, Google Suite, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, including segmentation, customer journey mapping, and performance analysis.
- Experience working within business database or data warehouse environments.
- A solid understanding of data governance principles and business development cycles.
- The ability to extract insights from large datasets to inform customer acquisition and retention efforts.
