Data Scientist at WITHIN

We are searching for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia on a full-time, on-site basis. Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine advanced data science models, such as time series forecasting and Marketing Mix Modeling, to enhance marketing strategies and ensure results are interpretable.
• Execute statistical experiments to analyze large datasets, uncovering actionable insights that optimize performance for our brand partners.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring that all technical solutions align with our internal data engineering workflows and client business goals.

Requirements

• Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in data science, ideally with a background in marketing analytics.
• A solid foundation in Bayesian statistics and mathematics, with the ability to apply complex algorithms to real-world business problems.
• Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and R, along with experience using optimization methods.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud environments, with bonus points for familiarity with Terraform, microservices, and cloud automation.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, as you will be presenting findings to both internal teams and clients.
