Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist II to join our world-class AI and machine learning organization. This is a full-time position based in the United States. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with a high-performance team to solve complex problems at scale.

Your impact

• Lead the creation of sophisticated machine learning, statistical, and optimization models that power our core messaging and AI products.
• Design and run rigorous experiments, translating raw data into clear, actionable insights that shape our product roadmap.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and sales to take ideas from initial concept to full-scale production.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for solving real-world business challenges. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Machine Learning, or Operations Research.
• Strong command of the mathematical foundations behind machine learning, optimization, and statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to write clean, efficient Python code to handle large-scale datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• A solid grasp of experimental design and the ability to interpret complex results.

Perks and compensation
