Data Product Manager at Agero

The opportunity

As our next Data Product Manager, you will guide the creation and launch of data products that turn complex information into clear insights for reporting, analytics, and AI. You will own the full product lifecycle, from early ideas through successful release and ongoing improvement, while shaping go-to-market plans that help our customers and partners succeed. Your work will sit at the center of engineering, sales, marketing, and support, ensuring every release delivers real value and measurable results.

A day in the life

• You meet with internal teams and external partners to share progress, gather feedback, and keep everyone aligned on priorities and next steps.
• You shape product hypotheses, build test plans, run experiments, and bring the resulting learnings back into the development cycle so each release gets better.
• You keep the backlog organized, plan upcoming sprints, and run product demos that help both colleagues and clients see exactly how new capabilities will help them.

Who you are

You bring 5–8 or more years of experience in technical product management and feel at home working with data products. You enjoy unpacking complex problems, turning raw information into clear recommendations, and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. You are fluent in agile practices and comfortable using tools like Jira, and you have a working knowledge of analytical techniques that help teams measure success and learn fast. Exposure to AI is a plus, and you communicate clearly in English with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
