Data & Measurement Analyst, Paid Social at Loop Earplugs

Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Data & Measurement Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, provided you are comfortable with our collaborative culture. You will be instrumental in shaping the performance backbone of our paid social engine, ensuring our data is as precise as our products.

Your impact

• Take full ownership of tracking hygiene, including naming conventions, tagging, UTM structures, and attribution logic to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain high-impact dashboards using tools like Klar and Motion to provide clear visibility into performance.
• Collaborate with our strategy and creative teams to design, execute, and report on structured audience and creative tests.

What you'll need

To thrive in this role, you should be a detail-oriented professional who excels at bringing order to complex data sets. We are looking for someone who can communicate insights clearly across different departments and agency partners.

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, or analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio, combined with strong spreadsheet logic.
• Deep familiarity with paid social KPIs, attribution methodologies, and campaign tracking structures.
• A high level of fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our international team.
• A natural ability to synthesize large volumes of campaign data into actionable business insights.
