We are currently seeking a Data Integrations Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States.
Key outcomes
- Oversee client data integrations to ensure a fast, transparent, and error-free experience for our agency and brand partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all integration matters, leading discussions and implementation projects.
- Manage target list handoffs and provide ongoing maintenance for existing live integrations.
- Gather requirements for custom PLD reports and coordinate their implementation with DSPs and internal scripts.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to resolve escalation cases and optimize processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for both internal and client-facing integration workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in programmatic advertising or publishing, backed by a strong analytical foundation.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication abilities, specifically regarding the confidence to lead meetings with agency and pharmaceutical clients.
- Demonstrated success in requirements gathering, including the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Solid understanding of data transfer protocols, such as sFTP and S3.
- A proactive mindset focused on process optimization and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
We provide a competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, which is determined based on your specific skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annualized bonus plan.
