The opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time role designed for someone eager to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation. You will play a vital role in our transformation projects, helping clients understand where they stand in their data journey and building the architecture to move them forward. You will be mentored to become a technical leader who can navigate the intersection of business needs, technology, and advanced AI. Whether you are working on technical design or shaping a client's long-term data vision, your contributions will be central to our mission.

A day in the life

• Design and develop robust data and AI infrastructure, creating the pipelines and platforms that fuel our clients' most ambitious data-driven goals.
• Write clean, scalable software that turns complex requirements into reliable, production-ready systems that stand the test of time.
• Collaborate directly with clients to provide technical advice, translating their business needs into sound engineering decisions and actionable technical designs.

Who you are

You are a motivated problem solver with a passion for turning data into real-world impact. You bring a Master’s degree in a quantitative or STEM field, such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Engineering. You have gained practical experience through internships or personal projects, which has helped you develop a strong foundation in building data pipelines and scalable systems. You are comfortable working in teams, you communicate technical concepts with clarity, and you possess a growth mindset that keeps you curious. Because our work often involves direct client interaction, you are fluent in both English and Dutch and are comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement that includes travel to client sites.
