What you'll be doing
- Design and operate data pipelines that feed course content, learner progress, and assessment tools so the platform stays fast and reliable for a growing global audience.
- Build dashboards and visualizations that turn usage data into clear insights, helping content and product teams make quick, evidence-based decisions.
- Keep the data layer secure, well-documented, and easy to maintain while collaborating daily with content creators and external partners.
What you'll bring
You bring at least three years of hands-on software development experience and a solid computer-science foundation that covers data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networks, and databases. You have already shipped complete projects from start to finish and feel confident turning ideas into working code.
You have three or more years working with data-pipeline tools such as Airflow, Redshift, and Metabase, and you are comfortable with Docker. Familiarity with Linux, SQL, Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST, or GraphQL is a plus. You understand common security practices and can communicate clearly in both English and Mandarin.
