Data Engineer at Able

This is a full-time, remote role based in LatAm.

What you'll be doing

• You will design and maintain scalable data models and warehouse architectures to support our analytics and decision-making processes.
• You will build and operate robust ETL and ELT pipelines to centralize data from various databases, APIs, and third-party tools.
• You will partner with software engineers to establish data contracts, event tracking, and logging patterns while ensuring high standards for data quality and governance.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in data engineering and software development, along with the following qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience building production-grade data systems at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for pipeline development and data processing.
• Extensive experience with modern data warehouses and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, including dimensional modeling and schema design.
• Experience working with BI tools and implementing data governance practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
