Data & Measurement Analyst, Paid Social
5+ years in marketing analytics or media measurement | Antwerp / Amsterdam
Shape the performance backbone of a €15M+ paid social engine
You’ll own the infrastructure that keeps Loop’s paid social team fast, confident, and focused. In this role, you’ll turn complexity into clarity ensuring tracking is reliable, dashboards are trusted, and creative tests translate into measurable wins. You’ll combine marketing know-how with technical precision, becoming the go-to expert when it comes to turning performance data into action. As a Data & Measurement Specialist, Paid Social, you’ll build the systems that enable the team to scale with precision. You'll combine tracking logic, dashboard building, and structured testing to support smart campaign decisions across Meta, TikTok, and more. From clean naming conventions to actionable testing reports, you’ll play a key role in how media spend translates into growth. Day to day, you’ll be knee-deep in data, while also staying close to strategy conversations helping them team understand not just what’s performing, but why.
Your other responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards using Klar, Motion, and other data tools
- Own tracking hygiene: naming, tagging, UTM structure, and attribution logic
- Support the setup and reporting of structured creative and audience tests
- Coordinate with media agency partners to align on data standards
- Partner with analytics, strategy, and creative to keep cross-team measurement consistent
How you’ll succeed as a Data & Measurement Specialist
You know how to zoom in on details without losing the bigger picture. You’re someone who enjoys creating order out of chaos and can work across teams to bring structure to how paid social is tracked, tested, and reported. You’re comfortable working closely with creative leads, agency buyers, and internal analysts, adapting your communication style while staying focused on clarity and accuracy.
These key competences will set you up for success:
- 5+ years in performance marketing, marketing ops, or analytics
- Strong skills with dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Looker Studio) and spreadsheet logic
- Ability to turn large amounts of campaign data into easily digestible insights
- Confident in managing campaign tracking and naming structures across platforms
- Familiarity with paid social KPIs and attribution methods
- Strong attention to detail when working with data inputs and reporting structures
