What you bring

In this full-time, hybrid role based in our San Francisco office, you will own our marketing measurement stack from start to finish. You will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your daily work will involve using modern tools like Looker, Snowflake, and Python to manage data pipelines and analytics workflows. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and refining our marketing attribution models while reconciling platform metrics with internal data.
• Translating ambiguous business questions into technical requirements to deliver insights on site traffic, customer lifetime value, and return on ad spend.
• Partnering with marketing channel leads, product teams, and engineering to improve tracking infrastructure and close data gaps.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of experience in growth or marketing analytics, ideally within an e-commerce or marketplace setting. You should be highly proficient in writing production-quality SQL for large datasets and comfortable working within GitLab or GitHub workflows. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. We value candidates who have a solid grasp of digital marketing metrics and attribution models. Experience with data pipelines, predictive modeling, or AI-driven analytics agents is considered a significant bonus.
