Our Marketing team at Asana is dedicated to driving business growth and crafting a brand that our customers truly love. We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our newly formed Marketing Data Foundations sub-team in Warsaw, where you will help build the infrastructure needed to power our next stage of global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and maintain robust analytics infrastructure.
  • Design and implement standardized reporting systems and user-friendly dashboards for our marketing teams.
  • Create and manage reusable data assets and ETL processes.
  • Analyze marketing and product data to uncover actionable insights and identify funnel gaps.
  • Define measurement methodologies and key performance indicators to track our progress against critical business goals.

Must-haves

  • Up to one year of professional experience in a data-focused role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience using data manipulation tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with marketing metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
