Our Marketing team at Asana is dedicated to driving business growth and crafting a brand that our customers truly love. We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our newly formed Marketing Data Foundations sub-team in Warsaw, where you will help build the infrastructure needed to power our next stage of global expansion.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and maintain robust analytics infrastructure.
Design and implement standardized reporting systems and user-friendly dashboards for our marketing teams.
Create and manage reusable data assets and ETL processes.
Analyze marketing and product data to uncover actionable insights and identify funnel gaps.
Define measurement methodologies and key performance indicators to track our progress against critical business goals.

Must-haves

Up to one year of professional experience in a data-focused role.
A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious, detail-oriented mindset.
Basic proficiency in SQL.
Experience using data manipulation tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

Familiarity with marketing metrics and key performance indicators.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
