Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of CX automation and AI initiatives, shaping priorities with leadership and guiding projects from initial scoping through production and continuous improvement.
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents plus automated workflows that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and give specialists the tools they need to focus on high-value customer work.
- Partner with CX operations, engineering, product, and data teams to understand workflow challenges, align on technical solutions, and ensure new tooling is adopted smoothly across the organization.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience building automation and integration systems in a customer experience, support, or operations setting, with a clear understanding of what actually helps agents resolve issues.
- Strong programme-management skills alongside hands-on technical ability: you can scope complex initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver complete solutions without constant oversight.
- Technical confidence working with APIs, webhooks, and integration standards; fluency with low-code and no-code platforms such as Make, Zapier, Retool, or n8n; and practical experience deploying AI agents or AI-assisted workflows in production environments.
- Proven ability to document systems thoroughly, evaluate when automation is the right choice, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; remote-first work experience is helpful but not required.
What we offer
The annual salary range for this full-time position is €39.850-€89.650 EUR.
