Role at a glance
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level role that is fully remote, allowing you to work from almost anywhere in the United States. You will be a vital part of our Customer Experience team, ensuring our users get the most value out of our technical solutions.
Your impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers by understanding their unique business goals, technical landscapes, and specific pain points.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, identifying strategies that improve product adoption, increase customer loyalty, and drive overall business value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our engineering, product, and account management teams to advocate for customer needs and resolve escalated issues.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role supporting a technical SaaS product.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex IT topics clearly and concisely.
- A proven track record of managing difficult conversations and working effectively with multi-divisional, global customers.
- A curious mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Fluency in English.
