Role at a glance
We are searching for a Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position perfect for someone with at least 24 months of experience in account management or customer success. You will be working with a distributed team to help our clients master their marketing strategies.
Your impact
- Act as an in-house expert by providing actionable email marketing strategies and best practices to our clients.
- Manage relationships with key partners and agencies to ensure they are getting the most value out of our platform and its latest features.
- Collaborate with our product team by sharing customer feedback and insights to help shape our future roadmap.
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, or a similar relationship-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, whether through direct execution or strategic advising.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and other customer success management tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
