Role at a glance

We are searching for a Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position perfect for someone with at least 24 months of experience in account management or customer success. You will be working with a distributed team to help our clients master their marketing strategies.

Your impact

Act as an in-house expert by providing actionable email marketing strategies and best practices to our clients.
Manage relationships with key partners and agencies to ensure they are getting the most value out of our platform and its latest features.
Collaborate with our product team by sharing customer feedback and insights to help shape our future roadmap.

What you'll need

At least 2 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, or a similar relationship-focused role.
Hands-on experience with email marketing, whether through direct execution or strategic advising.
Proficiency with HubSpot and other customer success management tools.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a high level of attention to detail.
Fluency in English.
