We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to help one of our key clients adopt our newest AI-powered recruitment platform and turn that adoption into lasting success.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, junior-level Customer Success Manager position based in France. The role follows a hybrid model that combines remote work with regular on-site presence at the client’s locations across the southern regions of the country.
What will you do?
- Prepare and deliver training sessions that introduce client teams to our AI recruitment tool, then stay close during the first weeks of use to ensure smooth adoption and confident daily operation.
- Provide ongoing support that helps agencies weave the platform into their everyday routines, proactively spotting opportunities to improve their recruitment techniques and stepping in quickly when extra guidance is needed.
- Collect structured feedback from users and share it with our product teams so the solution keeps evolving in line with real-world needs.
What makes you a great fit?
You already have hands-on experience guiding projects through deployment, training users, and tracking KPIs. You feel comfortable with digital tools such as Excel and HR software, and you can work confidently in both English and French. Travel is part of the role: you will spend two to three days each week at client sites across southern France, and a company vehicle will be provided. Beyond the practical skills, you bring empathy, clear communication, and the ability to put yourself in the user’s shoes. You stay calm when plans shift, anticipate needs before they surface, and invest the time required to make a transformation project succeed.
