At GoFundMe, more than 150 million people come together every day to support one another, and together with Classy we have helped raise over $30 billion since 2010. Our mission is to become the most helpful place in the world, and we are looking for a new teammate who shares that purpose.
What is this role?
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position that blends remote flexibility with occasional in-person collaboration in a hybrid work model.
What will you do?
- Coach organizers through email, text, and phone to share best practices that increase fundraiser success and grow Gross Donation Volume on the platform.
- Collaborate with teams across Go-to-market, product, and support to surface customer insights and keep high-impact or high-risk fundraisers moving smoothly.
- Spot early opportunities for additional support or product improvements during customer conversations and share those observations with senior teammates.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring one to two years of experience in an outbound sales role and ideally at least one year working in consumer or nonprofit fundraising. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed. You are comfortable on the phone, eager to experiment with new approaches, and ready to learn tools such as Google Sheets and Zendesk. You balance speed with quality, follow established processes while suggesting improvements, and thrive when working as part of a supportive team. Proficiency in English is required.
What's in it for you?
The total annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package. In addition to competitive pay, we offer 100 percent employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for employee-only plans, an HSA contribution, a 401(k) with company match, generous paid parental leave, flexible hours, and a hybrid work setup with full remote flexibility for many roles. You will also receive a learning and development budget, tuition reimbursement, life and disability coverage, wellness programs, an employee assistance program, profit sharing, commuter benefits, relocation assistance, and the chance to participate in our “Gives Back” program that lets employees nominate fundraisers for company donations each week.
