We are looking for a Customer Segmentation Strategy Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. At Rover, our mission is to make the unconditional love of a pet accessible to everyone. Responsibilities
- Design and execute our customer and audience segmentation strategy to ensure our communications reach the right people across all geographies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in finance, analytics, and marketing to align our segmentation efforts with overall investment goals.
- Build and manage a framework for integrating third-party data, working closely with our infrastructure teams to validate its impact on conversion rates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in customer and audience segmentation, ideally within consumer brands or marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with at least one data visualization tool, with SQL capabilities considered a significant plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a STEM field, though we are happy to consider relevant professional experience as an equivalent.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively and influence stakeholders to drive marketing campaign improvements.
What we offer
The salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $118,476 to $152,686. Beyond your base pay, we provide a long-term incentive plan that includes a company performance-based cash payout.
