We are looking for a dedicated Customer Retention Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity at our corporate headquarters in Lindon, Utah. Since our founding in 2017 by Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, Crumbl has grown into the nation's fastest-growing cookie company, with over 1,000 locations across the United States and Canada. We pride ourselves on our iconic branding, delicious rotating cookie flavors, and the passionate people who help us serve our communities. In this role, you will work closely with our Director of Lifecycle Marketing to strengthen brand loyalty and drive repeat business through strategic communication initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our strategic campaign calendar, managing the execution of email, SMS, and push notification projects designed to encourage repeat purchases.
- Analyze and map out customer journeys within our customer data platform, utilizing audience segmentation to deliver personalized marketing experiences.
- Develop compelling, on-brand copy and perform A/B testing to continuously optimize the performance of our outreach campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in email and SMS marketing, ideally within a high-growth or D2C eCommerce environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to solve problems and remain focused during periods of change.
- A solid understanding of current marketing laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- While not required, a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications and experience with the Braze platform are highly preferred.
