Customer Relationship Manager at eGroup

The opportunity

As Customer Relationship Manager you will sit at the heart of our marketing team and shape how we reach and retain B2B customers for our Remote Secretary Service. Your campaigns will strengthen brand awareness in Continental Europe while deepening relationships with existing clients, directly supporting the company’s continued expansion in a fast-growing market.

A day in the life

• You plan, write and dispatch targeted email campaigns, segmenting audiences, crafting compelling content and running A/B tests to discover what resonates best.
• You analyse performance data, prepare clear reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve future mailings and overall customer engagement.
• You work closely with CRM, BI and sales colleagues to refine audience definitions, test new automation features and steadily increase the personalisation and reach of our communications.

Who you are

You hold a degree in marketing, economics or a comparable field and bring at least three years of hands-on experience developing, executing and optimising email campaigns together with project-management responsibilities. You combine creative flair with strong analytical skills, enjoy working with data and know how to turn numbers into clear next steps. German at native or C1 level and fluent English are essential; French, Spanish or Italian is a welcome plus. You are assertive, communicate with ease and thrive when given the freedom to drive projects independently.
