We are looking for a Senior Customer Relationship & E-Mail Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Germany. As the parent company of ebuero AG, eGroup is the market leader in office services across Europe. With a global team of 800 people, we provide high-quality telephone secretarial services, professional business addresses, and exclusive meeting spaces. Our mission is to help small and medium-sized businesses maintain their focus by removing the distraction of constant phone calls. You will play a vital role in our marketing department, helping us expand the reach and success of our remote secretary services across the continent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns aimed at both acquiring new customers and retaining our existing client base.
- Manage the end-to-end process for international campaigns, including content creation, precise audience segmentation, and rigorous A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign performance through detailed reporting and forecasting to provide actionable insights that drive future growth.
Requirements
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least three years of proven experience in managing, analyzing, and optimizing email campaigns alongside strong project management skills.
- A creative mindset paired with the analytical ability to interpret data and refine targeting strategies.
- Fluency in German and conversational proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to work, and the ability to drive projects forward independently.
