What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Customer & Product Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will report directly to our Director of Product Marketing and take ownership of strategies that bridge the gap between our product offerings and our customers' needs.
What will you do?
- Design and execute comprehensive customer lifecycle management strategies that guide our users from their initial onboarding through to long-term retention and advocacy.
- Partner with our product management team to craft product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Cin7 in the competitive SaaS landscape.
- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring every campaign resonates with our target audience.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing and a passion for technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product, customer, or lifecycle marketing.
- A solid understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling copywriting.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, paired with strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize your campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, as you will be working closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Fluency in English.
