We are coming off a massive $144M Series C funding round and are looking for someone who thrives on collaboration to join our growing team.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position focused on driving customer retention and advocacy. You will work remotely from anywhere, collaborating with a diverse team of marketers, product experts, and sales professionals to shape the future of our platform.
Your impact
- Execute high-impact marketing campaigns designed to increase product adoption and drive upsell opportunities.
- Manage and grow our customer advocacy programs, including our Customer Advisory Board and third-party review site presence.
- Collaborate across teams to produce engaging content, newsletters, and community initiatives that foster deep customer loyalty.
What you'll need
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the customer journey and has the marketing savvy to deliver excellence. You should be a strong communicator who can influence both internal stakeholders and our user base.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer marketing or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and juggle multiple initiatives at once.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and community management tools.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and current industry trends.
- Fluency in English.
