We are 7shifts, an all-in-one team management platform built specifically for the restaurant industry. Currently, we support over 50,000 restaurants and 1 in 10 restaurant workers across North America. Our mission is to simplify how teams work and improve performance, with a long-term vision of elevating what restaurant teams can achieve together. We are looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion through strategic initiatives, working closely with our Product, Sales, and Brand teams to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch high-impact campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, to boost customer activation and retention.
- Manage and scale our customer-led growth programs, which includes coordinating testimonials, running referral campaigns, and overseeing collection initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance by tracking key metrics like MRR growth and referral volume to provide actionable insights to our stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer, growth, or lifecycle marketing within a SaaS environment.
- Practical, hands-on experience using marketing automation tools, such as Marketo.
- Strong copywriting skills paired with a creative, customer-first mindset.
- A data-curious approach to work, with the ability to identify trends and make informed, test-driven decisions.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across different internal teams.
- Strong time management abilities and the initiative to ask for support to maintain efficiency.
