We are seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time hybrid capacity based in Canada. Our organization operates within the AECO sector, delivering specialized solutions that support professionals across architecture, engineering, construction, and ownership. We combine focused expertise with a collaborative culture that values both individual initiative and shared success. In this role you will report directly to our Senior Director of Marketing and play a central part in strengthening customer relationships while advancing retention, expansion, and upselling efforts.
Key outcomes
- Act as the primary connection between the marketing and account management teams to ensure strategies remain aligned and communication flows smoothly.
- Design and implement marketing initiatives that reduce churn, grow the customer base, and uncover opportunities for upselling.
- Produce targeted content for existing customers, including case studies, guest blog posts, and testimonial programs that highlight success and encourage advocacy.
- Plan and deliver webinars that educate and engage customers, building community and providing actionable insights.
- Partner with the broader marketing team on social listening and engagement activities that sustain strong customer relationships and address feedback promptly.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing customer-focused content within marketing, account management, or similar functions, with measurable impact on churn reduction, expansion, and upselling.
- Solid grasp of account-based marketing principles and their application to customer retention strategies.
- Proven ability to craft clear, audience-specific written and verbal communications.
- HubSpot and SEM Rush Content Marketing Certification.
- Proficiency with WordPress.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of GA4 analytics.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in addition to English.
- Direct experience within the AECO industry.
