The role
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position designed for a professional who thrives on cross-departmental collaboration. You will serve as a key advocate for our customers, building meaningful relationships that translate into powerful stories and successful outcomes across our European operations. While this role is remote, you will have the opportunity to travel across Europe and to our APAC offices, with the team aiming to meet in person at least once per quarter.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with customer advocates to produce high-quality assets, including case studies, success videos, blog posts, and sales collateral.
- Partner with our EMEA sales teams to identify and recruit the right customer references for peer-to-peer conversations throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with event marketing, public relations, and social media teams to secure speakers, customer quotes, and logos for industry-leading events and media opportunities.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in customer marketing, ideally within the B2B technology sector. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles and customer marketing best practices.
- Strong program management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and structure your work to meet evolving company needs.
- A passion for storytelling and the ability to craft compelling narratives that inspire customers and support our sales efforts.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and Marketo is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaborating across functions like Sales, Customer Success, and creative teams.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in a second European language would be a significant advantage.
