We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating our customers' stories and building lasting relationships that drive our expansion and retention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead our customer engagement and advocacy initiatives, which include managing our Customer Advisory Board, hosting user forums, and coordinating our presence at key industry events.
• Transform customer experiences into compelling narratives by producing high-quality case studies, testimonial videos, and other proof points that solidify our position as a leader in the compliance space.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to develop and execute in-product communication strategies, including product announcements and user guides, while tracking success through key performance indicators.

Requirements

• At least 4 to 5 years of professional experience in customer marketing or a closely related field.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value.
• Proven success in managing formal customer reference programs, including coordinating testimonials and securing advocates for PR and media opportunities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in creating marketing campaigns that drive measurable engagement and a deep attention to detail.

We provide a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, benefits, and stock options. Our salary ranges are based on geographic cost of labor tiers:

• Tier 1: $118,235 - $146,100
• Tier 2: $106,400 - $131,500
• Tier 3: $94,600 - $116,900
