What you bring

As our new Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge in creating communications that resonate with our clients in the media, entertainment, public sector, and talent acquisition industries. This full-time, mid-level role is available to candidates located anywhere, offering a hybrid work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing comprehensive programs to boost customer engagement and promote our suite of products.
• Owning our quarterly customer newsletter and crafting compelling case studies that highlight our clients' success stories.
• Managing our presence on peer review platforms to foster brand awareness and gather valuable customer feedback.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines analytical precision with exceptional storytelling. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and possess at least three years of experience in B2B customer marketing. Success in this role requires proficiency with email marketing platforms and content management systems, along with a strong understanding of the customer journey. You should be a self-motivated project manager who thrives on building relationships with executives and internal stakeholders. While not required, a background in AI or machine learning is a significant plus. We value individuals who are highly organized, creative, and capable of turning data into actionable marketing strategies in English.
