The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to take ownership of our customer engagement programs. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will report to our Senior Manager of Customer Marketing and play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand reputation. You will be the bridge between our product and our users, ensuring that the voice of the customer is infused into every stage of our marketing strategy. This is a unique chance to build meaningful relationships, reward our advocates, and grow the CallRail Community into a space where collaboration and product insights flourish.
A day in the life
- You will curate and grow our customer evidence database, regularly refreshing it with fresh testimonials, case studies, and video content that our sales and product teams can use to showcase our impact.
- You will lead the growth of the CallRail Community by recruiting new members and designing engagement strategies that foster collaboration and amplify user feedback.
- You will partner with our product and content teams to create educational resources and host product update briefings that keep our customers informed and excited about new features.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, customer success, or a related field. You have a natural ability to connect with people, and you feel comfortable interviewing customers to uncover their stories. You are highly organized, self-motivated, and possess the excellent communication and presentation skills required to represent our brand confidently. You are fluent in English and have a strong desire to work in a cross-functional environment where you can collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to deliver a delightful customer experience.
