Customer Marketing Manager at SevenRooms

We are now looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our remote-first Marketing team and help our customers get even more value from the tools we provide.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Customer Marketing Manager on a full-time basis. In this position you will design and run customer-facing programs that increase adoption of key platform features, strengthen retention, and turn satisfied clients into vocal advocates. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a customer-centric marketing strategy that deepens engagement, improves retention, and encourages advocacy across our global client base.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product colleagues to develop targeted campaigns that spotlight new features and real customer successes.
• Own the calendar and delivery of customer marketing initiatives-including product-release communications, newsletters, webinars, and promotional assets-while tracking performance through CRM and analytics tools to refine future efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Three to five years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on customer marketing or account management within the technology or hospitality sectors.
• Demonstrated success planning and running marketing campaigns and events that drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative problem-solver who stays current on industry trends and continuously looks for new ways to engage customers.
• Organized, proactive approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and the role technology plays in elevating guest experiences.
