Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in Mexico, where you will play a key role in driving product adoption and expansion through strategic digital campaigns. You will work closely with our global leadership team to shape how we communicate with our customers.
Your impact
- Take ownership of our customer marketing email strategy, including calendar management, content creation, execution, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design lifecycle engagement programs that educate customers and drive product adoption.
- Partner with our executive leadership, including the CEO, to manage high-impact programs like quarterly founder communications and virtual fireside chats.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience in customer marketing, email marketing, or scaled customer success.
- Proven ability to manage email databases and execute campaigns using platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or Hubspot.
- Strong experience collaborating with sales and customer success teams to deliver effective campaigns.
- A track record of interacting with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as this is the primary language for our global business and interview process.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
