We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. At Avetta, we provide supply chain risk management solutions that help companies build resilient and sustainable operations. In this role, you will lead the charge in fostering customer loyalty and growth by creating strategic programs that boost retention, product adoption, and brand advocacy. Whether you are near one of our offices or working from a remote location, you will play a vital part in how we connect with our community and amplify the success stories of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive engagement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and ensure long-term product adoption.
- Take ownership of our customer advocacy initiatives, which include producing case studies, gathering testimonials, and coordinating speaking opportunities.
- Manage our reputation across third-party review platforms while tracking key performance indicators to ensure our marketing efforts directly support revenue growth and expansion.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience specifically within B2B SaaS customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation.
- A track record of success in building customer advocacy programs and executing retention-focused campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing customer advisory boards and large-scale community events like summits.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot, and review platforms like Capterra or TrustRadius.
- Exceptional project management abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively across different internal departments.
