As Fleetworthy’s customer marketing manager, you will build and deliver customer marketing strategies and campaigns that drive revenue growth and adoption of our solution offerings, ensure customer satisfaction, improve retention, and prevent churn.

Working closely with the Senior Director of Demand Generation, your fellow marketers, customer success, sales, product, and marketing operations teams, you will build and execute targeted campaigns to Fleetworthy’s install base across multiple product lines. You’ll use your marketing campaign expertise to employ various tools, channels, content, and programs to drive positive customer experience and increase revenue growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Develop and deliver comprehensive, omni-channel customer lifecycle campaigns that drive product expansion, retention, renewals, and maximize NPS for the Fleetworthy customer base.
  • Content Creation: Develop content for cross-sell campaigns including emails, digital ads, and Gong flows, newsletters, case studies, webinars, product releases, and other marketing materials to engage and inform customers.
  • Customer Advocacy: Develop and maintain customer advocacy programs, including customer reference programs, online reviews, and testimonials plus support Customer Advisory Board initiatives.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for campaign performance improvement.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Collaborate with the Marketing Ops team to develop KPIs then track and report on the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives, using data to drive improvements and demonstrate ROI. Use analytics to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
  • Goals & Objectives: Contribute to meeting goals and objectives for Fleetworthy customer marketing programs, and clearly communicate performance to Senior Director, Demand Generation and broader team on a regular basis.
  • Experimentation: Test new marketing channels and tactics for efficacy against performance KPIs.

 Experience and Competencies

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing or related role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. 
  • Skills: Strong understanding of customer marketing strategies including cross-sell across multiple brands; experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Monday.com, Pardot, Gong, 6Sense, and GA4.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for understanding and meeting customer needs, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
  • Curiosity: A lifelong learner who continuously pushes the boundaries on their own personal knowledge and implements learnings in new and creative campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the broader marketing team, customer success, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
  • Analytical Thinker: Proficiency in analyzing data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management; fleet industry experience is a plus.

Compensation Range: 

  • $100,000 - $110,000 USD yearly + Bonus
