The role
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a management-level position perfect for someone with at least five years of experience in customer marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. In this role, you will be the driving force behind strategies that boost revenue, improve customer retention, and increase overall satisfaction across our diverse product lines.
Core responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design and execute omni-channel lifecycle campaigns that focus on product expansion, renewals, and maximizing customer satisfaction scores.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging marketing materials including emails, digital advertisements, case studies, webinars, and newsletters to keep our customers informed and connected.
- Customer Insights and Reporting: Analyze customer feedback and campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and demonstrate clear return on investment to leadership.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should be a curious, analytical, and collaborative professional who is comfortable working across multiple teams. We value individuals who can manage complex projects while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
- Professional Background: A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, 6Sense, and GA4.
- Strategic Skills: Proven ability to develop cross-sell strategies and manage customer advocacy programs.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for creating persuasive content.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS business models and lifecycle management is required, while experience in the fleet industry is considered a significant plus.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 USD, plus a bonus. Our team members also enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
