As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will bridge the gap between our marketing and customer success teams. Your primary goal is to enhance the customer experience by providing the resources and product knowledge necessary to guide our clients through their journeys. You will be instrumental in driving engagement, expansion, and retention while ensuring our customers successfully achieve their goals.
Key outcomes
- Create and implement integrated marketing plans, campaigns, and content that boost client awareness, advocacy, and overall share of wallet.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to map customer touchpoints and leverage deep insights to improve product adoption.
- Tailor messaging and content to foster stronger relationships with both existing clients and prospective customers.
- Monitor customer outcomes and perform trend analysis to provide actionable recommendations for improving the user experience.
- Design and deliver personalized, cross-channel experiences that resonate with our global customer base.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years of professional experience in a marketing or customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data segmentation, measurement, and interpretation.
- A customer-first mindset that allows you to act as the voice of the client in internal discussions.
- Proven ability to plan and execute marketing programs that drive meaningful engagement and advocacy.
- A comprehensive understanding of the full customer lifecycle.
- Fluency in English.
