We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team in Montreal and help us continue building the commerce platforms that serve as the backbone of the global economy. What is this role?
This is a full-time, mid-level position within our marketing department. We are looking for a revenue-focused marketer who can help us extract more value from our existing customer base while driving long-term retention. You will act as a key liaison between our customers and our internal teams, working in a hybrid capacity to foster customer advocacy, identify cross-sell opportunities, and manage high-impact projects. This is a highly visible role with significant potential for professional growth as you deliver results and demonstrate impact.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a customer expansion roadmap that identifies high-impact strategic projects to increase renewals, referrals, and community engagement.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, and account-based marketing, while using data to segment audiences and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with our Product Marketing and Account Management teams to map the customer journey and create compelling content that drives product adoption and success.

We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong commercial acumen. You should be a collaborative communicator who can effectively translate business goals into actionable marketing programs. Your background should include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional marketing experience.
- Proven proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, with a preference for Salesforce Pardot.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with campaign management, data analysis, and customer journey mapping.
- Fluency in English.
