About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager for our EMEA region. This is a full-time, senior-level position that focuses on building deep relationships with our strategic customers. You will work alongside our marketing, sales, and customer success departments to transform customer experiences into compelling narratives, including case studies, films, and event content. Your work will be instrumental in increasing our brand awareness and driving long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to turn them into long-term brand advocates.
- Collaborate with global sales and success teams to identify and source impactful customer stories that align with our product vision.
- Create diverse content formats, such as research reports, customer films, and event sessions, to showcase the success of our users.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing or public relations, with at least 2 years specifically in customer, product, or content marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while delivering high-quality results.
- Strong storytelling skills and a talent for building collaborative relationships across different business units.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments is considered a significant asset.
- A commitment to fostering inclusivity and representation in all marketing activities.
Location
This position is based in our London office and follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular in-office collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits
