What is this role?
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Campaigns Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help us drive customer retention and product adoption. You will play a vital role in executing innovative strategies that enhance the overall customer experience through the end of 2025.
What will you do?
- Develop and run comprehensive customer campaigns across both physical and digital channels to boost retention and product adoption.
- Create and manage a wide range of assets, including webinars, newsletters, virtual events, direct mail, and in-app notifications.
- Use data analytics to gather actionable insights, allowing you to make informed decisions that optimize your campaign performance and pipeline goals.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing and a passion for account-based strategies. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently while maintaining strong partnerships with sales and customer success teams.
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer marketing, specifically focusing on retention and adoption.
- You are proficient in essential tools such as Salesforce, WordPress, and Asana.
- You possess excellent communication skills in English and have a proven ability to translate complex data into successful campaign strategies.
- You are a self-starter who can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
